The hospitality courses offered at St. Nicholas College of Professional Studies is designed to provide the trainees with skills, knowledge and attitude required to perform as a professional chef and waiter/waitresses involving skilled practice in preparation, production and service of food and drinks to people in all types of catering establishment in addition to customer service skills, housekeeping and laundry.

The skills gained will allow the learner to work in areas of hotels, conferences, restaurant, hospitals, educational institutions, and customer service areas.
